Cocktail food must be booked in advance whereby a minimum of 100 items is required.
You can choose if you want our waiters to serve the cocktail food on trays or if you prefer to have the items displayed on a buffet. A combination of cruising waiters and buffet display is also possible.
Average consumption at cocktail receptions is 8-10 items per person.

| Thinly sliced salmon on herbs pancakes topped with lemon crème fraiche |
| Radish canapes with fresh cheese with herbs |
| Smoked ham rolls grilled |
| Grilled mushrooms in tandoori batter |
